Thanks to the management for the excellent service. The customer service team was great, especially mr Abdo, and Mr Mahmoud and ms rana in kids Area. The food was outstanding, with every meal full of flavor and clearly made with care. Everything was spotless and arranged so well, which made the place feel relaxing and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the staff for keeping cleanliness and hospitality at such a high standard.

We had a great family holiday last weekend. The hotel was luxurious, clean, and the staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the tasty food at the fanar restaurant, plus the aqua park and indoor heated pool. There was plenty to do, with pools, the beach, restaurants, a games room, an entertainment show at night, and lots of activities from the animation team. I’m really impressed to find a hotel like this in Sokhna. Highly recommended, and we’ll visit again Isa. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I really enjoyed staying here. The facilities are amazing. I especially loved the indoor heated pool, and the heated aqua park was a fun bonus.

The grounds are so well looked after, and the food has something for everyone. The staff are wonderful. Ahmed Fattouh at the indoor bar was incredible, looking after us so well and never losing his smile. I’ve worked in Tourism for over 17 years, so I know how hard it can be to keep smiling after so many hours. Thank you Ahmed xx. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The staff are what make this hotel stand out, and Ahmed Fattouh’s customer service is outstanding. Please keep doing what your doing, you’re a genuine credit to the hotel. I’ve spent 33 years running my own hospitality business and have never been lucky enough to find a staff member like Ahmed. Keep up the excellent work. I absolutely love this hotel.
