Eastern El-Galala Aquapark Ain Sokhna

The park was so overcrowded and disorderly that it felt more like a public street than a water park. People came from all walks of life, and there seemed to be no rules, swimwear dress code, or proper etiquette. The claim of 64 games is a complete lie: there are maybe twenty at most, and they don’t all run at once. This can’t be a five-star resort, and it doesn’t deserve two stars. It was a terrible experience, and I’d rate it 0/10. I’d never recommend it.

The rooms were good and clean, with hot water, and the service, staff, and food were okay. But it’s an expensive place to stay, and many slides weren’t open. The hotel is a small water park surrounded by mountains and desert, with no stores, restaurants, or other shops nearby. It’s good for day use, but not worth staying overnight. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

We had good rooms, but the balcony was dusty, there were no towels or drinking water, and the bathroom didn’t feel up to five-star standards. I asked a housekeeper, a short man with ginger hair, for help, but he never came back, so I had to go to reception. Breakfast in particular was very poor. The hotel needs a major renovation and better maintenance, service, and dining to match its high rating. It may be recognized by international standards, but in reality it felt more like a three-star hotel.

I had a lot of fun, and most of the team were helpful and decent, especially Allaam. Some games need more attention to cleaning. I also wish they all ran at the same time, since a few only open during certain hours.
