A very good compound in ain el sokhna, with a supermarket and plenty of food options. The beach is good too. It gets super crowded during holiday occasions. Not a hotel.

A great compound, with a sea view from every unit and a market and pharmacy available all year. The only downside is the beach, which isn’t very good and is quite rocky.
There weren’t many swimming pools for a seaside resort, though the place does have a mosque and a decent supermarket. The compound also has an extension that’s very hard to reach, which is where we booked our chalet. The policy for mixed groups entering was very strange. We had to switch cars so the girls and boys could ride separately into the compound.
The sea view is incredible, and the place itself is nice. But the beach is rocky and not the best for children, so it’s a good choice if what you’re after is an apartment with a sea view.
Everywhere in the resort you can see the beach, so all the villas have a beachfront view. There’s a huge supermarket and one of the region’s most delicious bakeries inside the compound. It’s clean, though the villas can get really dusty, which is expected since it’s built in the middle of the desert. It’s a lovely resort, though a little pricey. I’d certainly return for a quiet, short holiday.
