Mr. Wael was dedicated and hospitable, and made sure we had a great stay. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was such a relaxing weekend. I loved the room, the view, the food, and the atmosphere.

Our anniversary felt special from the moment we arrived. The team already knew we were celebrating, and the private table and personal attention made us feel welcome and valued. It was a memorable stay, and we hope to return. Thanks to Mr. Sabry for his leadership, the housekeeping team, Mr. Guerges from the Rooms Division, and Mr. Shenouda from Food & Beverage. They were all professional and caring.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality. The golf cart service was handy for getting to and from the beach. Everything was arranged and organized very well. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back. Many thanks to all the staff and the professional management.
