There were water cuts in all the villas, and many of us got stuck in the shower or toilet because of them. We also found hair in the breakfast food, and the villas smelled strongly and unpleasantly. Our group of 30 shared the same experience. We stayed several days feeling stressed and uncomfortable, and wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. Across the five villas we booked, the pools and outdoor areas were filthy, and the kitchens and utensils were in terrible shape. The beds were uncomfortable, the blankets didn’t have proper duvet covers, and the bathrooms were disgusting. It was impossible to feel clean even after showering. This became the worst holiday we’ve ever had. I strongly don’t recommend this place.

The lake isn’t suitable for swimming, but there’s a nice pool and a good barbecue area, along with a swing, outdoor terrace, and garden. The four-bedroom villa was really comfortable for three families. One bedroom is on the first floor with its own bathroom, two others share a bathroom, and the fourth is in the middle of the villa.

The villa itself was nicely decorated, very pleasant, and we enjoyed our stay, but the administration was the worst part. They didn’t respond to our comments, the air conditioning in the upper master room was very bad, and the villa was about 500 metres from the lake rather than directly beside it. They wouldn’t let us postpone checkout by even half an hour, though checkout was at 12 PM. Yasin the manager started a fight, and Ahmed hadad increased his safari commission. I’d advise the owner to change the management team.

Our expectations were exceeded by this spacious, cozy, clean villa with its unusual style. It’s also well located, just 3 minutes from Tunis Village.

The villa’s decoration is unusual and fantastic, and the rooms were neat and clean. We had a lovely vacation, with plenty of services and entertainment, plus a nice pool and lounge. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.
