Housekeeping treated my modest room like a palace, and the price was competitive. The staff were attentive and kind, focused on guest satisfaction and keen to handle requests. The spa was wonderful, with a sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath. I also loved the exquisite indoor pool, though getting there was awkward: outside the lobby and up and down stairs through a restaurant, apparently. A walk around the plaza turns up little food shops with excellent meals at tiny prices. A wonderful retreat ❤️.

There are lots of restaurant choices on-site, so I never ran out of dining options. I also appreciated the 24-hour, fully equipped gym, which let me keep to my routine whenever I wanted. The pool area was well maintained and relaxing. My room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, and the property itself is very nice. I had a great experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting comfort and convenience.

My stay at Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria was shaped most by Mr. Ahmed Hassan at check-in. He understood what guests might need, offered thoughtful recommendations and helped before I even realized I needed it. His warmth, knowledge and quick assistance made the visit memorable. When a few things went wrong, he took responsibility and worked to resolve each concern, even those beyond his role. That kind of humility and dedication left a lasting impression, and he is a real asset to the team. The welcome began at the entrance, where Mr. Issam, the doorman, greeted me with a warm smile and an easy professionalism. Across the stay, the care and attentiveness exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria, and especially Mr. Ahmed Hassan, for a visit marked by genuine hospitality. Unequivocally recommended, an experience to cherish.
