I’d never recommend booking with this company. The service was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If I could give minus 100, I would.

The staff were so welcoming and kind, and check-in was quick and easy. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing too. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. See you in December 😄🙏🏻

I stayed in the apartment and had a lovely time. The location is beautiful and excellent value for the money. As someone visiting from Saudi Arabia and looking at it as a neutral observer, I found it reliable and trustworthy. Thank you to Mr. Mohammed Ali for being honest and giving me such a warm welcome.

The balcony was more than excellent, and the building itself was very quiet. I stayed in room code 1601, though my experience there was unfortunately only modest. The flat’s location is fantastic, right by the sea just as the videos show. I’d urge management to improve the furnishings and cleanliness. They should also make more effort to help people booking from outside Egypt, with staff available to answer questions and different ways to pay, especially since a deposit is required upfront.
