The rooms were okay, but the stay as a whole was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s no clear system, and the rules changed after I paid. When there’s a problem, you don’t get your money back. My friend had been there less than an hour when they called the tourism police. That felt like too much. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

The staff made us feel secure and at home, with real warmth and respect. 3am Hassan especially goes out of his way to make guests comfortable and happy. His presence brings joy and peace of mind, and he never seems to tire of helping. Special thanks to Mr Emad for his hospitality. The hotel also has a lovely old-fashioned charm, and our room looked out over the sea. It’s right downtown, surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic, elegant cafés. That combination made the stay memorable.

The location is the only thing I’d praise. The staff were friendly about handling the bad situation, but nothing else deserves a mention.

For this price, it’s hard to find a location and view like this. Go for a sea-view room with a balcony.
