They changed the price and wouldn't let our group of women rent the apartment, even though we were all over 40. The service was extremely bad.

We had a confirmed apartment reservation through booking, but when we arrived and called the listed numbers, they said an agent would come. Then every phone was switched off until 6 pm, leaving us stranded in the street. Other agents tried to scam us by offering apartments at very high prices. Don't rent there, it feels like a scam. They're trading on the view, but the place isn't worth it.
2/10
We couldn't stay for more than an hour because the apartment was extremely dirty and smelled bad. There was no toilet paper, soap, towels, or anything else. The security man made things worse, he was very rude and kept ringing the bell again and again. Terrible service.
10/10
The apartments are reasonably priced, and there are plenty of facilities, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. It's in the heart of the city, with a fascinating panoramic sea view and one of Alexandria's best beachfront locations. One of the best compounds to live in.

It's a nice place, though it gets busy.
