Everything went smoothly, and the rooms were very, very clean, just as advertised. The service was immaculate and they pay close attention to detail. I had a great experience, and Mahmoud at the front desk was amazing!

The outdoor pool was great, and the room was a good size with everything else fine, especially the A/C. The carpets could use some cleaning. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, with a breakfast buffet and good seafood options for lunch and dinner. Food service wasn't great on the first day, but they got it right the second. Reception was nice when I arrived. Very good experience overall, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

The way everyone treated the kids made the stay feel amazing. The whole team was warm, patient, and caring, from housekeeping and the restaurant to the front desk. Special thanks to Noor.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea, and the neighborhood stays quiet at night despite construction nearby. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, with something to suit different tastes.

The breakfast was a letdown: water from the AC dripped from the ceiling onto the food, and I spotted a tiny bug crawling around the cheese. The gym and pool were available, and the gym trainer was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room’s AC was broken, so they moved us to another room, which had a pretty nice balcony. The AC was a little loud, though otherwise it was pretty quiet.
