The sea views and setting are lovely, and both the location and rooms are excellent. But the welcome felt cold, and the staff came across as aggressive. At the beach, we could only use plastic chairs, with no comfortable loungers. Even ordering a drink or meal was a hassle, since they kept asking us to confirm our name and room number and sign again. The property has a great location, but the service and guest experience need work.

The pool and beach were clean and well cared for, and the beach crew worked really hard to clear the sand. There was also a lifeguard by the pool. The room was good, though it had no slippers and no carpet. Staff and breakfast were just so-so, and the hotel didn’t offer extra activities for kids.

Youssef Hassan made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. He was welcoming and attentive to the details, and handled everything efficiently with a smile. His professionalism really made our stay.

We loved the view and the hotel as a whole. Kareem Mohamed Abdelsalam in the restaurant was especially kind and polite, and so supportive with my kids. He helped me a lot and did it with real care.

The beach is right there, so it’s easy to relax by the sea, and there’s plenty of parking. Breakfast had lots of options and the service was excellent. My connected room had a locked door between it and the neighboring room, but I could still hear nearly everything, which hurt our privacy. Also, getting to the rooms or beach isn’t accessible for wheelchair users because there’s no elevator or ramp. Still, I had a great experience overall.
