Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza

The best part of my stay was the team. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and Ms. Samar and Mr. Diab from the restaurant made dining especially enjoyable with their hospitality. There are two good pools, a heated indoor one and a refreshing outdoor one. The spa facilities are complimentary too, including the sauna, hot tub, and steam room. The hotel sits inside a shopping mall, so shops, cafes, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. Some things in the rooms show the hotel’s age. The electrical sockets were difficult to use, and the TV was an older model. Renovations are underway, and I’m hopeful all rooms will be fully renovated by next year. Even with the dated fixtures, the service, amenities, and location make this a great choice. I’d stay again and look forward to seeing the renovated rooms.

Mr. Abdelrahman Ahmed was particularly helpful and cooperative during my stay. His courtesy and professionalism left a strong impression and reflected well on the hotel. The rest of the team were attentive, friendly, and professional too. I had an excellent stay at Hilton Green Plaza Hotel and would definitely visit again.

Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Lamiaa at the front desk, Rawan in housekeeping, Ibrahim in the dining room, and Moustafa at concierge were especially nice. The chef making breakfast omelets was great too. We enjoyed every minute, would recommend the place to everyone, and will surely be back soon.

The room was modest but competitively priced, and housekeeping treated it like a palace. The indoor pool is beautiful, though getting there is awkward: you go out past the lobby, up and down stairs, and through a restaurant. The spa is lovely, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. Staff were attentive, kind, and eager to help with any request. Take a walk through the plaza and you’ll find little food shops serving excellent meals at tiny prices. A wonderful retreat ❤️.
