Maamoura Beach apartment

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the place was beautiful and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Paradise Inn Maamoura Resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and I really appreciated their service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

We came expecting hospitality and professionalism, but were turned away from beach day use because my wife and her family dress modestly and are religiously committed. They treated respectful guests differently because of their appearance or religious lifestyle. That's discrimination, plain and simple. A hotel should make families feel welcome, not judged or humiliated. I would never recommend a place that shows so little basic respect and tolerance.

The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were probably the only good parts. The rooms were old, and we had to switch rooms because the AC didn't work. Staff weren't very friendly either. They wouldn't give us the “free water” because we were checking out later that day. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The hotel is away from downtown noise, which made for a peaceful stay. The friendly staff were lovely, and Shaimaa was especially helpful with customer service. We had a great time.
