Radisson BLU Alexandria Hotel

I’d like to thank Ms. Eman Shaaban for her commitment and outstanding work. Her professionalism, kindness, and eye for detail showed in how clean and well organized my room, Room No. 574, was, and made it more comfortable. Her positive attitude made my stay more enjoyable. Please pass on my appreciation to the room attendant, Ms. Eman Ahmed. Thank you to the Radisson Management Team for maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

We stayed for three nights with three colleagues and had a pleasant time. Mohamed Ibrahim at the front desk deserves special thanks for helping organize and manage our transfers to and from Cairo. The restaurants and service were good, especially the Golf Club restaurant. The fitness room was well equipped and worked perfectly. The steam bath in the SPA didn’t meet expectations, though, with the temperature at only 33 °C.

Room#466 A special thank you to Nevyn from Room Service. Nevyn was polite, attentive, and very professional, and the friendly care made my stay more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service overall met my expectations.

The main pool was closed for winter, with only a very small pool open on the 3rd floor, and there wasn’t much to do at the hotel besides use the gym. We also found the lake view a little disappointing. Still, we had a great stay: check-in was quick, the staff were helpful, and the reception was nice. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had lots of choice with excellent coffee.
