The housekeeping was attentive and did a great job. Doaa took care of us, and at the spa Nourhan and Oil gave excellent massages. Nahla was also great with customer service. Breakfast in Al Varanda had a nice atmosphere, and Rimonda was especially friendly and helpful. The reception team were polite and accommodating too, with special thanks to Mostafa for his service. One small thing, ceramic cups would suit the five-star breakfast better than paper ones.

Omnia from guest relations was amazing. The rooms were very, very clean, and the whole experience was organized and efficient. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, taking time to answer my questions and make me comfortable. I was impressed by the team's attention to detail and genuine care. The quality went beyond what I expected.

I stayed at Rixos Montaza Alexandria from 4 jun 2026 and really enjoyed it. The location is beautiful, everything across the facilities was exceptionally clean, and service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. Mr. Mohamed Amer from Concierge gave outstanding support with real kindness and attention to detail. Marina at the Reception Desk was warm and professional, and handled each request promptly. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay memorable. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to visit again.

The beach was beautiful and well organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Moustafa was always ready to help with a smile, and his positive attitude and service were lovely. Omar, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and Menna Alaa from Housekeeping were cheerful, thoughtful, and happy to help with anything. Their professionalism and kindness made the stay more special. I had a great time and would recommend the hotel for a pleasant vacation. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

At Rixos Montaza, Mostafa Tawfek from the Concierge Department made our stay especially enjoyable. He greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond whenever we needed something. His friendly, professional manner, care, and eye for detail made the experience memorable. The service he gave reflects the hotel's high hospitality standards. Thank you, Mostafa, for all your support. You're a real asset to the hotel.
