I went back to my lovely city Alexandria and chose a hotel this time so I could treat myself and focus on work. I really enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly and made everything easy, and Ms. Maryan and Mr. Abdelhakiim are great managers who know how to treat their guests. I adore all the little old-fashioned touches, in the vintage, great, gold sense of the word. A nice pen and notebook were placed right beside the phone, with an envelope and two pages bearing the San Giovanni Logo. There was even a tiny, cute shoe polisher. I also have to mention the very stable WiFi at San Giovanni Hotel.

The atmosphere was just right, and they've added more breakfast choices with better quality. Great vibes, food, and service. Highly recommend.

The reception girls were nice, and the location is good, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The suite wasn't what I expected, with a room smaller than even the double room. Getting to the downstairs Terrace means using stairs, with no elevator, and it was overpriced. Breakfast was okay. They weren't flexible either, refusing to let us sit in the restaurant for a drink even though it was completely empty. The waiter also insisted that grenadine is mint.

The room had everything I needed, and the location is excellent. The furniture is a little outdated, but it's well maintained. Breakfast had a wide range of delicious food, and having internet in the room was a bonus. From the moment I arrived, the whole staff made me feel valued and at home, with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They met every request with a smile. Highly recommend!

The rooms are good, and the sea view is especially nice after the renovation 👌🤗
