The only real problem was the music from nasaya restaurant. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 2:00 AM, so if you're staying a while, ask for a room farther away. Otherwise, the beachfront is lovely and relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and pleasant. Elin Restaurant had delicious, high quality food and excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.

The location made it easy to reach important places, and the common spaces were clean, nicely designed, and welcoming. My room was comfortable, well kept, and very clean, and the Wi-Fi stayed fast and reliable throughout the hotel. I could stream, browse, and join online meetings without interruptions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I was very satisfied with the stay and would choose this hotel again.

The people at reception and in the restaurant were so kind and helpful, and they really made us feel at home. We loved the sea views, the heated outdoor pool, and the spa, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. It’s a beautiful hotel right on the Alexandria beach. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you, Sunrise! Gina & Oliver 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The kids had a great time at the clean, well-kept pools, and the animation team kept each day fun. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, with housekeeping doing a great job daily. The restaurant was clean, the chef was amazing, and the food quality was excellent. There was a wide choice of delicious food, and the restaurant staff were attentive. From arrival, the team was welcoming and professional, and check-in went smoothly. They made sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. I’d definitely return. Highly recommended for a family or anyone wanting a relaxing stay.
