The terrace and pool were a real highlight, with a breathtaking view over the Nile. The night view was especially mesmerizing. The hotel also arranged an optional Nile night cruise, which was cozy and tranquil and helped me feel completely at peace. The yacht had brand-new facilities, and the hotel and yacht teams worked together seamlessly. Such a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well organized, and the thoughtful Christmas decorations gave the hotel a warm, festive feel. The staff were always friendly and approachable, with warm smiles and sincere service that made guests feel welcome and valued. My stay at Basma Executive Club was delightful and memorable, well beyond what I expected.

During our 12-day trip around Egypt, Basma was the most welcoming and comfortable hotel we stayed in. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruit and snacks in the room at check-in, then Ahmed knocked a minute later with two big portions of welcome drink. Our room was nice, with a great view of the city and Nile. Guests in the Executive Club wing can also use the facilities and restaurants at the main Basma Hotel a little way down the hill. It’s close to the Nubian Museum, too. A great hotel, and it deserves more stars if five isn’t already the maximum.

A relaxed atmosphere, fantastic views, and a great room made for a fantastic stay at Hotel Basma Executive Club. The team were cheerful and very helpful. Thank you to manager Mariam Gamil and everyone for making the stay so pleasant.

The rooms were modern and had everything we needed, including coffee, welcome fruit, and sweets, which we loved. Breakfast was great, and so were the views. The service and location were perfect, right across the street from the museum. The only small drawback was that the pool felt a bit too cold, even in the heat.
