Borg El Arab Beach Hotel

We enjoyed being back for a second visit. The hotel is lovely, and so are the pools and beach. But the beach food service was disappointing. Staff weren't professional in how they spoke to people, and it felt like they were friendly with foreign guests only, not Egyptians. I hope that improves by our next visit. This didn't feel right for a five-star resort.

The meals were delicious, with plenty of tasty choices, and the animation team brought so much fun to our stay. They were welcoming, friendly, and full of energy. Our room was spotless and well kept, and room service was fast and always cheerful. We felt relaxed and looked after throughout. It was a wonderful experience, and we'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

The service was wonderful, the food was really delicious, and the whole place was lovely. Excellent hotel.

We had fresh, high quality food throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was elegant and had a huge selection, from fresh juices to gourmet pastries. Room service was prompt and professional, whether we asked for international dishes or authentic Arabic food. The rooms were elegant and very clean. They were tidied every day, and the towels and sheets stayed soft and fresh smelling. Even little touches like the cosmetics and small perfumes were arranged with care. The animation team kept busy and looked after guests, especially families and children, whether they were there on an all-inclusive stay or for events. They were friendly and smiling, with activities for all ages, including water games, art workshops, and evening shows.
