E-Just Hotel Borg El Arab

It felt safe, the service was good, and it was both clean and inexpensive.

The breakfast was genuinely lovely, but the rest of my experience had a lot of problems. During my stay, the receptionist gave me almost none of the information I needed beyond the WiFi password. There wasn't even a list of hotel numbers so I could call reception. The TV remote had no batteries, and my suite hadn't been cleaned properly. Dust had me waking up sneezing in the night, while the kitchen smelled bad and the microwave was dirty. I called reception, and housekeeping was told about it. They took out the garbage but didn't do any more cleaning, so I ended up buying alcohol, wipes, and soap to clean the room and microwave myself. Before that, I had tried to book a room by contacting the hotel's official Facebook page. They said rooms and suites were available, but when I asked to reserve a room, they didn't answer. I contacted them again and got an apology the next day, along with a message saying there were no rooms available.

A clean place, and a very good one.

The people were kind and the food was good. The rooms were clean, healthy, well equipped, and secure. You'll like staying here.
