The early check-in was arranged because I was attending a wedding, but I only got slippers after saying I’d complain. At checkout, the receptionist was very rude. Basic amenities should be provided in any hotel. I wasn’t asking for much, and the room wasn’t clean. Food on the floor got on my face while I was praying, and the bidet sprayed everywhere. My stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the service was unacceptable, and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortable. I asked for basic things like slippers, a toothbrush kit, and hand soap, but was told those were only for VIP guests and that I should use the shower gel instead. For the price, I expected the basics, but felt neglected and unwelcome. Bad maintenance, poor hospitality, horrible service, and a total waste of money. This should be a one-star hotel. I’m never coming back. My room was 202, checked in on 25/09/25 for one night. Don’t bother coming here!!!!!!

The room looks out over a football field and the swimming pool, which is an okay view. Breakfast was fine, with a moderate selection, and parking and WiFi were free. Staff were professional, helpful, and really nice. There were only two elevators, and only one was working, making it difficult to reach the rooms. Even two working elevators wouldn’t be enough for a hotel this size. The cleaning supplies in the washrooms were running low and nearly empty.

It was a good stay overall, though the hotel is pretty average and nothing fancy. The rooms aren’t modern, and the TVs aren’t smart. It’s quiet, the staff are nice, and the food is fine with an okay selection. Downtown Alexandria is about 45 minutes away.

The staff and service were really good, and the location was great too ♥️♥️

The staff were friendly, but they couldn’t provide proper service. The room’s fridge didn’t work, there was no ice, and most requests got an “out of stock” response. The facilities overall were very limited. The room was extremely old, had very little in it, and was poorly cleaned. Definitely not worth staying here.
