The only people who came across as professional and decent were Mr. Sabri, the gatekeeper, and Mr. Mohammed. I couldn't find anything else to commend about the property. I've never had a worse hospitality experience. The apartment was in unacceptable shape, with dirty bedding, broken fixtures, a neglected kitchen, and cockroaches and other insects. Customer service was absent: calls went unanswered, and communication was limited to scripted WhatsApp messages with no flexibility, accountability, or human concern. After asking several times, I still couldn't speak to a manager or anyone who could make a decision. It felt like a ghost company hiding behind a screen.

The place was quiet and very clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Special thanks to Mohamed, the place manager. I'd happily recommend it for either a short or long vacation.

The host made the stay at Bird Nest lotus Residence apartment easy, always responding quickly and sorting out any questions. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Inside, the apartment was clean and comfortable, just as described, with all the amenities I needed. I'd recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

Mohamed was helpful and quick to respond, and everyone treated us with respect and care. I even appreciated seeing that care extended to the stray cats outside the premise. It's a great place where you feel safe.
