Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi

The rooms matched the pictures, and the location was great. We also got a warm welcome from the attentive staff, which made the stay memorable. The cleaning crew, managed by Mr. Abdullah, were incredible. Amr was especially friendly and polite, and his warmth made a lovely impression. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful.

The reception team greeted me with a genuine smile, and that positive first impression lasted throughout my stay at the Hilton Maadi Hotel in Cairo. The staff, from reception to the cleaning team, were friendly and professional, with a personal touch that made me feel welcome. The hotel has easy access to downtown and Cairo's lively districts, which saved us time getting around. Our room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. The public facilities met our needs. The restaurants served fresh, delicious food with plenty of variety. Breakfast was especially generous, and other meals were appetizing and nicely presented. The hotel combines comfort, luxury, and excellent service for a very reasonable price. Minor issues may come up, but the overall experience is one I can confidently recommend. It feels like a complete Hilton stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Mecca.

Modern, clean, smart, and luxurious, this was a great hotel overall. The breakfast was superb and the service was good. The gym was also excellent, though the swimming pool was a real disappointment. The executive lounge was nice, but its happy-hour snacks were limited and low quality compared with other Hilton hotels in Cairo. The big letdown was getting our room. We arrived at 12:30 and didn't get in until 15:15. First they said it would be an hour, then after two hours it was five minutes. Only after I suggested alternative rooms did they finally assign us one we could use. With more than 200 rooms, that was disappointing. I'd still stay here again.

The only part I'd avoid next time is the Executive Lounge. There were no serving utensils, so you had to use cutlery from your own table, and breakfast had no juice. The bain-marie wasn't keeping food warm, which was especially bad for scrambled eggs and hash browns. The rest of the stay was really nice at this near-new hotel. We were upgraded to two beautiful interconnecting suites, with great views right on the Nile. Staff were friendly at check-in and exceptionally helpful and warm at checkout, including with our luggage. I'd definitely stay again, just not use the Executive Lounge.
