Holiday Inn Cairo Maadi

The Nile view from the room is mesmerizing. Holiday Inn Maadi suites is also well away from downtown’s hassle while overlooking the river, and the location is great. There’s a convenient store just a couple of blocks down the road, which was handy for our needs. Our room was well equipped, the service was great, and breakfast had plenty of delicious hot food and freshly baked pastries. Thanks to Samia from the house keeping department for looking after us, Karim at reception for helping me extend my stay, and Dimyana from guest relations for checking in to make sure the stay met my standards.

We arrived without one of our bags, which the airline had misplaced, and Alaa and the staff helped us track it down and get it back in time. They made sure we had what we needed the whole stay. Esmee kept our suite clean and tidy, too. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great view. It was family friendly and the staff were the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. Yasmin, the cleaning lady, cleaned our room beautifully every day and always had a smile. We’ll truly miss her. Walid at reception was superb and very accommodating with our requests. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay so comfortable and pleasant.

Breakfast at the main restaurant was a highlight of my stay at Holiday Inn Maadi Corniche. There was a good range of food, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. The service was professional, with attentive, kind waiters and staff who were always ready to help. Thank you to Ms. Rahma for greeting us so warmly each morning, and to Mr. Ahmed, the Restaurant Manager, for his constant presence, strong management, and focus on guest satisfaction. His leadership showed in the whole team’s work. I also appreciate the hotel management for choosing and training such a good staff. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Maadi Corniche and look forward to returning.
