The breakfast was enjoyable and well organized, with plenty of delicious food to choose from. The staff were kind, professional, and always smiling, and they handled any request or concern quickly and with care. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. From arrival, the warm welcome and attention to detail stood out. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, with an outstanding experience in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt. An unforgettable stay, and definitely not my last visit!

Being close to Cairo International Airport made getting in and out easy and stress-free. The hotel also has a wide choice of restaurants and food, with something for every taste and excellent quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were very friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Service was excellent and attentive throughout. From arrival, Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo offered a luxurious, comfortable experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back.

The Club Lounge was a lovely place to unwind, and the team there made it feel warm and personal. My room was also kept in perfect shape, with Mohamed from Housekeeping working hard to make it feel like a sanctuary each day. Breakfast was a highlight throughout my week at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski. There was plenty of choice and the food was excellent, but Chef Tarek’s cooking and eye for detail, along with restaurant managers Mohamed and Tarek keeping things running smoothly, made it especially memorable. The whole restaurant team was attentive, professional, and kind. The staff seemed happy, engaged, and ready to help, which made the stay feel special. The management has built a real culture of hospitality here. I’d happily recommend the palace to anyone looking for great service in Cairo.

Breakfast was included with my reservation, and the selection was good. The staff were very welcoming, especially Kristina, who looked after me so kindly. This was my first time in Egypt, and the hospitality was better than I expected. I did have a problem with my room at first, but they sorted it out right away and upgraded me too. The hotel is very good overall, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Islam and Farah made us feel so welcome. They were attentive, warm, and really cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at Kempinski Cairo was also a real treat. The food was fresh and nicely presented, with lots of variety each morning. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
