A centrally located residence in east Nasr City, near Cairo international airport and very close to city stars mall and Tivoli plaza coffee shops. New Cairo is a 10-minute drive away, and the New Capital of Egypt is 20 minutes away.

The location is excellent, close to important places like city stars, tivoli plaza, and city centre almaza. There’s plenty of parking at city stars and outside the mall in front of the blue mosque, and it’s affordable. If you don’t live here or rent an apartment here, please don’t park inside the complex, as it causes problems for residents.

These are well recommended residential buildings in a fenced, secured compound at the heart of Nasr City, close to City Stars Mall. Apartments are available for both short and long stays. There are several facilities, service shops, and markets within the compound and by its gates.

It’s a convenient place to live, with useful services nearby, including shoe repair, tailoring, hair salons, grocery stores, and seafood restaurants. City Stars Mall is very close. Parking can be difficult at times.
