We had to book at 2am after visa problems caused us to miss our flight out of Cairo. The owner answered and kindly kept the apartment for us, and the 24-hour reception had someone ready to let us in. It was a relief to arrive at such a lovely building, with a nice lobby and a clean, modern, spacious apartment that suited our family of five perfectly. The owners were very kind and helpful. Since we weren’t sure how long we’d stay, they worked with us so we only paid for the nights we needed. Thanks, Khaled and Yousef, for all your help. We’d love to come back.

Mr.lotfy was there to help whenever I needed something, and the service was the best I’ve had. The people were friendly and the place was very clean. I’ve stayed in lots of serviced apartments, and this one stands out. I’ll be back, thanks so much!

The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great, about 10 minutes from Cairo international airport. The apartment had all the equipment I needed and was super clean. I had a delightful stay and will definitely return.

A few small things weren’t clear, like whether I should water every day or where to get tissues, so I had to ask. But whenever I did, they brought what I needed right away. They’re very nice and helpful.
