The WiFi was really poor. I told the front desk a few times, but nothing changed. Even small WhatsApp messages wouldn't load, so I wouldn't choose this hotel.

A comfortable, relaxing place with warm hospitality that made me feel at home. The surrounding area gets busy most of the time, though. Thanks for the welcome.

Mr Mostafa made sure we got great service and help with anything we asked for. The hotel has a lovely feel, the rooms are clean, and room service was quick and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, and the view in front of the hotel, with the Nile flowing by, is beautiful. I'd recommend a visit and would come back myself.

We paid for a four-star hotel, but to me this was two stars at most. I wouldn't recommend it to tourists; it seems more suited to people from Egypt. Cleanliness needs attention, too. The toilet flush broke three times. I reported it, and they came, but didn't repair it, just turned off the water. The air conditioning was broken as well. Our window wouldn't shut, and the mosque next door woke us around 4 a.m. every day.

There are plenty of markets and restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got lucky with a clean, cozy room overlooking the Nile. Breakfast was nice, though the selection wasn't very broad.
