We came for a visit and weren't allowed in for over 50 minutes. They said the resident had to call customer service to report a visitor, but that still wasn't enough. Then they asked to see the apartment contract before letting us visit for a couple of hours, so we ended up leaving. It made no sense, and the customer service was horrible.

Unfortunately, the compound has changed. Can security staff now physically attack you? There's noise around the clock from demolition and construction, and nobody seems to be around to help. I called the security manager, "Brigadier General Ehab," and explained the problem. He hung up on me. Is this really an excellent place to live, with customer service and security like that? This is the height of racism.
