The apartments have a lovely design, and the service is excellent and quick. There's a lot here, including swimming pools, a restaurant, a small shop, cafés, and a gym.

A very nice gated community, with a beautiful landscape and a safe, secure feel. Each home has its own parking area, and there's a clubhouse in the center. The prices are high, of course, but the compound is wheelchair accessible.

Water and maintenance have been really bad. For three months, the water has gone off every morning from 6-8am, and it's still happening. I have to call the call center every morning. Nothing has changed, and although I asked the maintenance manager to call me about it, nobody has called back in three months. It's a problem affecting the whole building. Keep this in mind when choosing an apartment.
