The way the staff handled a plumbing problem was especially good. They started fixing it right away, and when it couldn't be resolved quickly, they promptly offered us another room and a late check-out. That really helped since our flight wasn't until late evening. The manager was professional and attentive, and seemed fully on top of what was happening. Isam in the dining area always noticed what guests needed; Osama cleaned our room, brought fresh flowers, and made towel animals; and the energetic, committed animators Dodo and Fawaz were great. Our son especially loved Dodo's cheerful, positive attitude. We stayed for a week at Ecotel Dahab around the turn of March and April, and were extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and clean throughout, with comfortable rooms. The bathroom may be a little older, but we had no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception, in the dining area, and in the rooms. The pool and other facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious and varied. Although it's technically a four-star hotel, the service, atmosphere, and food held up to five-star hotels. We highly recommend Ecotel Dahab.

The Animation Team made our stay especially memorable. Bebo, Zidane, Fawaz, and Medo brightened our days and the whole week. We've visited Egypt 13 times, and this is the first time we've been so pleased with an Animation Team. Thank you so much! The rooms were clean, the service was great, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and supportive. We had a great week at this hotel.

The young people around us filled our days and evenings with dancing, great music, and such joyful energy. They made ordinary moments into memories and gave the holiday a bit of magic. We had a beautiful, high-quality hotel stay as a couple in Egypt, surrounded by sunshine, peace, and positive energy. It was the most relaxing holiday, and we felt exactly where we needed to be. We'll carry the relaxation, connection, music, and smiles with us for a long time. 💛✨

Dina, the manager, deserves special thanks for her care and professionalism. We had a great stay at this hotel in Dahab: the room was clean and well maintained, the staff were polite and helpful, and the food was varied and tasty. The location near the beach was perfect. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to unwind and clear your head. Hamza the bell boy was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Selma from Guest Contact suggested some interesting places and restaurants, and the restaurant team were all kind and helpful. The guy who cleaned my room 2000 always left lovely decorations. I had a clean room with a sea view, and the garden and beach were beautiful. You can get into the water from the pier, and life jackets are available to rent. The food was generally okay, though I'd have liked more fruit and more breakfast variety. Big plus for the bus to the center. The entertainment wasn't anything special, and the evening activities could use some improvement. The animators were nice, but the activities themselves were a 4/5 for me. The only downside was the spa. I had a hot stone massage, and the stones were so hot they burned my skin 🫣. If I come back to Egypt, it'll only be here. Thank you.
