Elite Residence

Fahmy and Atraby made our stay so warm and enjoyable, and helped us with everything. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend this residence!

The rooftop is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the shower was the best we’ve had in Egypt. The location is good too, about a 10 minute walk from the seafront, and the rooms are clean with decent lighting. There were no chairs, even on the balcony, and the WiFi kept cutting out and was completely useless. Our room still wasn’t ready 1.5 hours after check-in time. We asked for top sheets and a second towel, since only one was provided for two people, but they took hours and several requests to arrive. It was similar when they ran out of toilet paper. Other guests left the bathroom in a disgusting state, and they really need a sign asking people not to be revolting.

Mr Adnan was helpful from day one, sharing information and helping us with the apartment. We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The apartment was clean and nice, and it’s a five minute walk to the beach and main strip. The staff are friendly and helpful too. We booked airport transfers through them, which were on time, and there’s a discount for booking both ways. 100% recommend this place.

The sheets and other bedding looked like they hadn’t been changed in a long time, with black lint balls on them, and the blanket smelled. There was no toilet paper, or really anything, in the bathroom, and the door had stains that made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned. The air conditioner was broken, but they acted as if they couldn’t fix it and gave us a space heater instead, which was useless. I booked five nights but had to return to my country after two because of a family emergency. I could understand them refusing to refund the unused nights. But once I got to the airport, I received a notice that they had told Booking.com I never checked in or stayed, so they could avoid a bad review. That was disgusting. I’m writing this to warn future guests not to book here. I’ve already reported it to Booking.com official support, and the photo I uploaded shows proof that I stayed at the property. Also, if you pay in USD or another foreign currency, the front desk keeps the extra Egyptian pounds. In my case, I was shorted more than 30 EGP in change. I warn everyone from China: don’t book this place! It’s a rip-off and very unhygienic.
