The room was unclean, and the hotel was in dismal condition. I left after one night because I couldn't put up with the conditions or hostile atmosphere. Before leaving, I told the General Manager I was checking out because of the staff and unsanitary conditions. His only response was a cold, indifferent "ok," which summed up the hotel's disregard for guests. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed angry and unprofessional. The front desk and reservations team were hostile. When I asked for basics like toilet paper and soap, they gave me angry looks and said flatly, "we haven't any." One staff member walked away while I was speaking without even saying excuse me. They seemed more annoyed when they saw I was upset, as if my requests were a burden. Nobody apologized or took responsibility for their rudeness. I've never had a worse hotel experience. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. You won't find comfort, cleanliness, or even basic respect here.

The staff were excellent, and the value for money was good, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The sea is rocky and not suitable for swimming, and the pool water isn't clean. There's a sewage smell in the hotel and it is far from the walkway. Services are limited, the food selection is small and not varied, though it tastes good, with some dishes difficult to eat. I was surprised to see stray dogs at the hotel.

The rooms were amazing, and so were the beach and service. Breakfast was good, and the staff were respectful, generous, and kind.

It was a great experience at an amazing hotel. Everything here was good, the crew were cool and very professional, and the rooms were clean. The view is one of the best things. I'd like to thank the crew and owners for all the services they provided us. Big love to you all.

The pool has a fun aqua park, and the hotel beach has coral right there with a boat marina beside it, so snorkeling only takes your goggles. The place is comfortable and the view is magnificent, though it’s simple rather than luxurious. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Food was the main letdown. I’d stick to breakfast, since dinner wasn’t good.
