Sea Soul Hotel

We stayed at Sea Soul in Dahab as a big family, and the staff made everything easy. They helped us find a room where everyone could fit comfortably. The security was excellent, so we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. My favorite part was sitting on the rooftop at night. It felt like being above the world, under the stars and moon. The view was magical 🌙. Truly a beautiful place with amazing people.

The restaurant staff were rude and behaved badly. The food portions were small and not worth the price. Why should we pay for sun chairs when we buy food, while others can sit for free after buying just a tea? They also bully some customers. Avoid this place.

We could use the beach right in front of the hotel, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and quick to try to fix their mistakes. Since we didn’t get our room until 4pm, they gave us a fruit basket. The towels weren’t clean, and the bathroom could use a curtain.

The location is good, and there’s a nice sea view from the roof, though the external AC units are noisy. Our stay was meant to be from September 17, till September 20 2025. Instead, the room mix-up and staff’s rude, unprofessional behavior made us feel unsafe and miserable. At the front desk I asked about rooms. The receptionist said they had rooms with “twin bed and single bed for each room” at 2200 EGP per night. I agreed and paid the full amount for two rooms for three nights. When we got the rooms, only one matched that description. The second had just 2single beds. They said the receptionist didn’t know the rooms well and had mistakenly promised one that wasn’t available. They gave us a smaller room than we needed, with only one twin bed, then asked for extra payment. When I refused, the receptionist said I could either leave or pay more. His rudeness and unprofessional manner led me to leave the next morning, after one night. For that one night, they had told us check-in was at 11am, but the actual check-in was at 2pm, and we waited the whole time for a room. An employee from their cafe also knocked rudely and woke me up to ask for missing invoices at his cafe. I asked why he hadn’t checked with the receptionist about who had the room instead of disturbing me and my family, and he left. They stressed us out, sent us out of the hotel, and cost us 2days “one night”. The hotel was also far from clean, as the attached picture shows. If you want stress, to feel totally unsafe, and to get no relaxation, you can choose this hotel.
