The rooms were comfortable, and the reception team was warm and helpful. Abdallah was especially thoughtful and did more than expected to help us. I spent two lovely days there with my family. It felt calm and safe, and the service was great. A nice choice for a family visit to the North Coast if you want time to unwind together.

The private pool was such a relaxing spot, and the main pool was nice too. Our suite was really clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly, especially the general manager, Mr. Nader Samir. It was better than I expected. I’ll definitely stay here next time.

The pool area and the view over the lake were amazing, and the private beaches were the best, with that clear blue Mediterranean look. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Mr. Amir Samy, director of the reception, and the rest of the staff were great throughout our excellent stay. Definitely coming back. Emad Makram

The beach was a useless eight-minute drive away. The front desk guys were okay, but the manager didn’t help at all. Not a nice place to stay, and I won’t be back. 😒
