Marassi

My experience with reservations was messy and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this property or another Emaar-managed hotel based on how the team handled things. I booked through Expedia, where both the listing and the hotel policy said “pay at property,” but they charged my card before I arrived. When I asked why, someone told me that was simply how the hotel operates. I pointed out what Expedia said and was basically told they didn’t care, then asked why it mattered if I was going to pay anyway. I tried to make an official complaint, but was told there was no way to do that. No manager was available when I asked to speak to one. The staff member initially refused to give me his name and asked why I wanted it. Eventually he said “Kerlous,” but at check-in the receptionist said nobody by that name worked there.

Getting into my room took hours, after a terrible reception experience and very poor service. I only asked them to make a simple exception and have housekeeping clean the room first so I could rest, but they ignored it. When I asked for a manager, I was told there were 4 hotels and none was available. One of the worst check-ins I’ve had. Very disappointing.

We stayed at boutique Blanca for a week, and it was a great choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms spacious and well maintained, and breakfast had everything we needed and was very good. The hotel also gives access to beach clubhouse, one of the best beaches in Marassi.

I’m so happy to be back for a second year with this lovely team at marassi Boutique blanca hotel. Seeing their friendly smiles every day makes my day, and they create such a warm atmosphere. Special thanks to MR AMR TAHA, CHIEF AHMED, CHIEF SHINAWY, IBRAHIM, and MOSTAFA. Thanks to the top management for choosing this perect teem. They made our stay a macnifsent vacation.
