The village is nice and the sea is beautiful, but noise ruined the stay. Two beach cafeterias seemed to compete over which could be louder. We couldn't relax on the beach or sleep at night in our first-row villa. There should also be more beach seats and umbrellas, since it's crowded.
The beach is small, and they allow only four chaise longues per umbrella. We had two chalets, so the rule forced us to sit far apart. It's a stupid rule from stupid management. Check-in took around an hour, and we paid thousands for insurance.
The pool was dirty, and the place was extremely noisy and crowded. Its location wasn't good for us at all, far from Zahran and Alamewn. The guys kept looking for tips, and otherwise they wouldn't provide service.
The villa wasn't air-conditioned, even though the description said it was. The washing machine didn't work, and the microwave was rusty and disgusting. We also had a plumbing issue and waited three hours for it to be fixed. The receptionist was rude and intimidating. What you see in the pictures is not what you get. Really disappointing.
The gardening was very good, and the disinfection too. Everything else felt badly managed. People were rude and aggressive, constantly fighting over chairs and places because there were too many people for such a small area. There were too many rules to enjoy the place, and the buildings were poorly finished both inside and out. It was very badly kept.
