Creek Hotel and Residences El Gouna

The team’s genuine care and hospitality made the biggest impression on us. Alaa, Tamer, and Ahmed were especially professional, warm, and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the friendly atmosphere made the whole visit enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Creek Hotel El Gouna, highly recommend it, and hope to come back soon.

Mr. Mohamed at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. His generous offer of a complimentary very late check-out made leaving much easier. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed, and the staff were consistently polite and professional whenever we asked for help. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

We loved the calm atmosphere and the lovely pool and lagoon views, which were perfect for relaxing. The food was very good, with local and international choices, and breakfast was especially nice. The hotel and spacious, beautifully designed rooms were very clean. What stood out most was how friendly and professional everyone was, always ready to help and making us feel looked after. Creek Hotel El Gouna made for a peaceful, high-quality stay, and I’m definitely coming back.

We spent a week here for my mum’s birthday and had such an amazing time. When I couldn’t eat one of the meals, the chefs made me a new breakfast dish at no charge. They also upgraded us to a suite after I mentioned the birthday. Alaa at reception was brilliant and answered all our questions, and the whole team gave us superb service. I’d stay again and recommend it to my friends.
