The staff made the stay especially pleasant, always greeting me warmly and helping with a smile. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished, with a very high standard throughout. The service exceeded what I expected, and I appreciated how professional and kind everyone was. I'd happily stay here again and recommend the hotel.

I stayed for a couple of nights while traveling alone on business. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were professional. A great experience, and I'd recommend it to solo female travelers.

For a two-star hotel, the rooms are high quality and the staff are really hospitable. The only thing that fell short was the breakfast, with portions a bit small. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Andrew was a very decent host, and I appreciated how welcoming and friendly the staff were. I was there for a three-day business trip, and they took care of my preferences when I booked the room. I expected an average two-star hotel, but it surpassed my expectations in a lot of ways. My colleagues who visited afterwards were also looked after.

The location is good, and reception staff were nice, but they didn't deal adequately with the restaurant problem. The chicken was served raw and the rice was undercooked. After eating the chicken, I was throwing up and taking antibiotics because of the food quality. If you need somewhere convenient to eat, don't come here. I wouldn't eat here if you want to avoid food poisoning. The hotel was noisy from all the knocking while they were redecorating. Worst experience ever.
