Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park"

This was our fourth time staying here with my family, and each visit leaves us even more impressed. We spent 6 days this time, and it was outstanding across the board. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Pools, bars, beach, restaurants, and other facilities were all exceptional, and the food had a great variety and was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed El Shamy at reception for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Ali, the bartender at the Columbus Bar, Medhat from Housekeeping, and Khaled from the bicycle station were also friendly and dedicated, and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back soon and highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was great, and the food had enough variety that everyone could find something they liked.

room num 6133. I was especially impressed by the housekeeping team. They were professional, attentive to detail, and dedicated to keeping everything clean. They were always friendly and courteous, and made sure every area was spotless and well organized. Their hard work really enhanced my stay and reflects well on the hotel's standards. Thanks to all the staff, and my sincere appreciation for their excellent service.

The Wi-Fi was the one real downside: it was okay in my room but terrible elsewhere, to the point I couldn't search anything on Google. I still had no bad experiences during my 8-day stay, and the resort is definitely worth recommending. There are lots of activities, including tennis, paddle, darts, volleyball, and more. The aquapark isn't amazing, but it's good, and the animation team is great, so you won't get bored. If you prefer peace and quiet to entertainment, you can find a suitable spot too. I think this is an amazing resort with great food.
