The rooms were clean and the place was okay, but the atmosphere felt dull and boring. Honestly, I couldn’t take more than two days. Porto Said’s administration was also very poor: they took 500 EGP as insurance for the access card, then refused to return it when I handed the card back at 2 pm, saying the cutoff was 12 pm. Turning a 500 EGP deposit into a late checkout fine is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend it.

At the pool between buildings 6 and 7, they left my mother at the entrance for half an hour in the midday heat while she waited for the card. No one even brought her a chair. The workers at most of the swimming pools lack basic courtesy and show no respect for older people. I complained to management, but nobody did anything. The customer service employee advised me to give the workers money so they would treat us with respect. Unfortunately, a terrible experience.

We had a wonderful time for 4 days and 3 nights, and the price was reasonable at 1700 per night.

The beach is large, but its entry points are very small, and there’s a big disparity between visitors. That’s Porto’s well-known policy. The swimming pools, meanwhile, are very small.
