The location made it easy to visit Giza and the pyramids, and we felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. My family and I had a wonderful time at Giza Palace Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Ahmed was especially kind and professional, always ready to help and making us feel looked after. Magdi Yacoub also deserves a mention for his friendly and efficient service. It was a one of a kind experience, and we’d gladly come back.

What really sets Giza Palace apart is its customer service. I haven’t seen that level anywhere else in Egypt. The manager at Onu, Arlene, and her staff deserve credit too. They’re professional, passionate, and work together seamlessly. I could eat there every day. The grounds are stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and every restaurant was superb. Giza Palace is truly a wow hotel in Egypt, and I believe it offers a glimpse of Egypt’s future. Thanks for a wonderful experience, and keep up the excellent work.

We took our nearly 2 year old, and the hotel was very kid friendly. The service was superb and so attentive, with the staff going above and beyond. After spending ages searching for somewhere nice near the pyramids, we were thrilled with our choice. We visited Mena House for a drink and were glad we’d picked Giza Palace instead. The hotel is brand new, with incredible, spacious rooms. We ate at the Turkish and Asian restaurants, both decent. The spa looked stunning, though we didn’t have time to use it, and the new gym was great. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Egypt on our trip. We’d happily return.

The way management handled our complaint showed a high standard of customer care. After my negative review on Jan 1st, the hotel contacted us, did their best to explain what had happened, and kindly invited us to enjoy brunch there.

I expected much more care and service than I received. The noise was only part of the problem. I was put in a room facing a street where loud events and celebrations happen regularly, which seems to be a known, recurring issue. Even so, the hotel assigned me that room. I contacted them several times to ask for a solution or a room change, but they didn’t properly address it. I was disappointed by the lack of consideration for my comfort and by the absence of a meaningful response.
