The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and Lybia was no help at all. I also felt sick after eating the food, which really worried me. The hotel was dirty, and the rooms are very old and worn down. It badly needs renovation and better maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s a club in the hotel that’s not bad, and plenty of fast food places nearby. It’s an older place, but the service was great. I had a good experience.

I’d like to thank Lidiya, Adham, Abdul Rehman for looking after me. The staff are very polite and supportive, and the hospitality is great. This was my second visit, and I’d like to come back again.

The nightclub stays open until 6 in the morning, so the noise made it impossible for me to sleep. I stayed for a few days, and the rooms are very old. Cleanliness inside and outside the rooms was below what I’d expect even from a two-star place. Breakfast had very little variety and the quality was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want comfort, peace and quiet, cleanliness, or good food.

We hadn’t put out one of the signs asking for the room to be made up, but a staff member opened the door anyway. I’d just come out of the shower and had no clothes on, and found someone staring at me while I was wrapped in a towel.
