I stayed there February 4-6, 2026, and wish I’d read the reviews before arriving. The place was horrible, with disappointing staff, disgusting rooms, and a crazy dog. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

They had bugs, mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. When I asked for help or a different room, they kept making excuses instead of fixing anything. If you're offered a free stay here, don't accept it. Stay out on the street if you have to. I wouldn't go there if you want to avoid getting sick. 100% dumbs down.

We were there from January 2, 2026 to January 6, 2026. The dog barked day and night, and the hotel isn't close to the pyramids anyway. They said the water was complimentary when we arrived, then charged us for it at checkout. It felt like they tried to rip us off every way they could, especially if you're from a first world country. A horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There was no service, and the mattress had bed bugs.

This place feels imaginary. It doesn't exist at all.
