The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great. Staff made us feel welcome throughout, with friendly, helpful service from check-in to check-out. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing, and everything felt well organized. I really enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Cleanliness and service stood out most to me. Everyone was polite and courteous, and it’s one of the best hotels in Nazlet El-Samman and El-Madreen. I’d recommend this upscale place to people from any nationality.

We were taken here late at night, and the ride took almost an hour instead of the few minutes we’d been promised. The next morning we were charged extra for transport that was supposed to be included, and the promised breakfast box never arrived. Communication was poor, with inconsistent and unreliable information throughout. We had booked under a completely different hotel name that was advertised as being near the airport. Only after booking did the location suddenly switch to Giza. This felt deliberately misleading, not like an innocent mistake. Night Pyramids Inn Hotel operates under different names, so please look into it carefully and avoid supporting this kind of behavior.

The place was very clean, with a stunning view and very good food. The manager was respectful, and the cleaning staff were excellent. Mr. Ahmed was respectful too. A very good hotel.
