The upstairs kitchen stays open 24/7 and has plenty of menu options, plus the view from up there is lovely. Staff were really kind and helpful, ready to help with anything without pushing you. The room wasn't what we'd expected from the better looking pictures and videos. There were odd stains on the floor, the sheets didn't look clean, and the room had no windows, which left us feeling a bit trapped. You could hear everything outside. The sink leaked and had small holes in it, and the shower door didn't close all the way, so the floor flooded whenever we used the sink or shower. For what we paid, we expected a nicer room. Maybe prices were higher because we came in December.

I felt safe and really welcome as soon as I arrived, thanks to the staff. Abdulrahaman & Kerim made sure we had everything we needed and even book tours. Breakfast was fresh and filling each morning, and the views were incredible, especially at sunrise. The water pressure was low, but we still had an amazing time at this hotel in Cairo.

The view of the pyramids was good, and the service was serviceable. Still, it was a pretty average stay in a very average city. At one point we had to change rooms because ours wasn't ready, and the bed sheets were definitely dirty, with lots of hairs and some interesting-looking stains.

The days I spent at this wonderful hotel were some of the best of my life, and I hope to do it again many times. A huge thank-you to Mohamed Elsayed, the dedicated employee who helped me so much and made each day easy and enjoyable.

We'd booked and fully paid online for a room for two, but when we arrived to check in, they refused to let me and my partner share it, saying we had to provide a marriage certificate. They also tried to scam us for more money, then told us to leave the hotel. The area is loud and noisy, with the hotel on the main road. If you want somewhere quiet, this isn't the place.
