The rooftop terrace was the highlight for me, with a breathtaking view of the Pyramids. We also booked a guided tour of the pyramid sites through the hotel. Our guide was friendly, professional, and knew a lot. The rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. I had a wonderful stay at the Pyramids Gardens Hotel. If you’re visiting Giza, I highly recommend it for the view and a stress-free experience.

Mr. Yassin and his crew deserve a special thank you for their warm welcome and dedication. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional all through my stay, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service and comfort, and great value for money. I’d highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

A terrifying stay. There was cat feces everywhere, hair from previous guests on the bedding, dirty dishes in the sink, and bathrooms that hadn’t been cleaned. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I do not recommend it.

The roof has a good view, and the service up there is okay. Beyond that, the place is broken and seems very unprepared to host people. None of the amenities were set up, and be ready for surprise fees. Their tours aren’t worth it either. Book through Expedia or another online platform for a much better experience.

The location is perfect, close to the museum, and everything was perfect. The staff were nice, especially Nirmin.
