The location is hard to beat: the hotel faces the Grand Egyptian Museum and looks out over the three most famous pyramids in the world. The food was varied and full of flavor, a real fit for such an iconic destination. The building and facilities were impressive, but it was the warm, welcoming service that made me feel cared for from the start. This place made the whole trip feel more special.

The staff made us feel right at home, and the hospitality was amazing. Mariam at reception was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Saydlelpo brought a lovely, friendly energy every day and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time at the Royal Great Pyramid Inn. Highly recommend it if you're visiting the pyramids.

We had a nice room, though the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The staff were helpful with booking taxis and arranging tours, but be aware they don't give you change. The rooftop restaurant has nice food and good pyramid views, though the music there is very loud.

We were very happy staying here and hope they get lots of good customers. The roof has a great view, and the rooftop restaurant's pasta alfredo is amazing. Breakfast was very good, though I'd like a wider selection. The rooms were always clean, and the hotel has been renovated recently. Its location is convenient, especially if you have a rental car. The staff were so helpful, including helping me twice with internet issues on my phone.

The views of the pyramids and GEM were spectacular, and the clean, beautiful rooms make this a great place to stay if you're visiting the GEM. The shower area was the main issue: the glass doors don't close fully and have no proper seal, so the bathroom floods every time you shower. The bed is firm, so don't expect a soft one. Also plan around concerts, since you'll hear them, as well as traffic, from the major highway right outside.
