A pleasant stay in Cairo, with a real home away from home feeling. The staff were kind and accommodating, especially Mr. Ayman at reception, who guided me to all the places I wanted to visit.

I was so glad to find this place. The location was excellent, the staff were lovely, and most importantly, it was clean. My favorite stay so far!

They stole my nike shoe. When I confronted them, the owner yelled and screamed like a 15-year-old kid who'd just opened a place. Terrible customer service and no professionalism. There were stains on the bed, and the AC wasn't working properly. The worst experience.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were very nice. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Cairo.

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t clean enough and the Wi-Fi was poor. The hotel team were very good.
