The team made breakfast especially enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. The restaurant manager is a very professional, friendly lady, and Karen deserves special thanks for her attentiveness and genuine hospitality. She made the morning even more memorable. I’ve had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet at Safir Hotel Cairo both today and yesterday. The food was outstanding, with lots of fresh, delicious choices. It was calm and a perfect way to start the day in Dokki, whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping in for breakfast. Highly recommended for a top-tier breakfast around downtown Cairo.

The service stayed exceptional from check-in through check-out. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to assist, making everything smooth and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for convenience and great hospitality.

It’s easy to get around from this hotel, and there are lovely places to eat nearby. The Nile is also within a 20-minute walk. The staff were caring and helpful. Rana Mohamed, the cleaning lady, was so lovely, did an amazing job on our room, and decorated it beautifully too. Hamed from the suvenir shop was a lovely man as well and helped us a lot.

I had a very comfortable stay at Safir Hotel Dokki. Cleanliness and professionalism were excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations throughout. Yara at the front desk deserves special recognition. She handled every request efficiently and courteously, always willing to help and keeping a constant smile. Her communication skills and positive attitude reflect the hotel’s high customer service standards. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and I wish her continued success in her career.
